We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how our returns and refunds work.

30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition you received it — unworn or unused

  • With all tags attached and in its original packaging

  • Returned with the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is accepted, we’ll email you a return shipping label and full instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you need the exact postal address to send the return, please contact us at the email or phone above — we’ll provide the return address and the shipping instructions when your return is approved.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, including (but not limited to):

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care or intimate items (e.g., certain beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards (no returns)

Exchanges

If you want a different item, the fastest method is to return your original item for a refund (once approved) and place a new order for the item you want.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same eligibility criteria described above (unworn, tags, original packaging, proof of purchase).

Refunds

When we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email to confirm whether your refund is approved.

  • If approved, we will issue the refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval; please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.
